Leadership

I lead at the intersection of fashion, design, and justice, shaping programs that prepare creative professionals to build better industries and better worlds.

How I Design and Lead
  • I direct the MPS Fashion Management program at Parsons, where I guide academic strategy, curriculum direction, student experience, and long-term program vision. My work centers clarity, care, and innovation, helping graduate students build creative and justice-driven careers.

  • I design curriculum with a mix of creativity, strategy, and structure. My experience includes leading major curriculum modifications, shaping program reviews, aligning learning outcomes, and strengthening pathways across undergraduate and graduate programs in fashion, design, and management.

  • I support faculty through clear communication, shared pedagogical frameworks, and collaborative systems that make teaching sustainable. As Program Director and Teaching Team Coordinator, I create structures that help educators deliver meaningful, aligned, and student-centered learning.

  • My leadership is grounded in inclusion, community, and accountability. In every role, I work to build systems that widen access, reflect diverse lived experiences, and empower students and faculty to challenge inequity through creative practice and design thinking.

  • I lead with an eye toward the future. My work in digital fashion, identity, and creative technology informs program strategy, partnerships, and research initiatives. I help institutions imagine and build programs that respond to an evolving creative landscape and the worlds students want to shape.

My leadership is creative, rigorous, and deeply queer.
I build systems that help people thrive, and I approach every project with strategy, imagination, and care.
